Provenance and Comments: This gouache by Constantin Guys was seized at the BNCI in Libourne. On the Paul Rosenberg inventory, it is described as a watercolor and in the singular form suggesting that only one woman is seated at a table. However, the Roganeau inventory of Paul Rosenberg's property removed from Libourne indicates that multiple women are seated around a table. However the measurements on the Roganeau inventory are different from those posted by the ERR.
