Provenance and Comments: Considered for possible exchange. According to French restitution records, this aquarelle by Paul Signac was restituted to Michel Georges-Michel on 12 September 1947, although it was seized as part of M-Aktion. Munich Central Collecting Point (MCCP) records indicate that this work was in crate MA-B 81, and had been found by Allied troops at Schloss Kogl.
