Provenance and Comments: Tausch 10. Sent by Rochlitz to Hohenschwangau/Füssen. [Rochlitz report, p.9]. On July 9, 1941 the art dealer Gustav Rochlitz exchanged eighteen ‘degenerate’ paintings for one portrait by the artist Tizians, Portrait of a Young Lady. Most of the paintings belonged to Alfred Lindenbaum and Paul Rosenberg. There are no records as to whom the rest of the paintings belonged to.
