| Provenance and Comments: | This painting is identical to Meyer 3. Tausch 14. Sent from Paris to Baden-Baden in August 1944. [Rochlitz report, p.11]. On February 25, 1942 the art dealer Gustav Rochlitz exchanged three ‘degenerate’ paintings by Gaugin and Pissarro for a painting by Roeland Savery, titled "Noah’s Arc”. The paintings belonged to Paul Rosenberg, Raoul Meyer and Max Heilbronn. | ||||
