| Provenance and Comments: | This painting was removed from a safe in the name of Manfred Eber at the Banque de Bruxelles in the presence of Inspector Reinke, Group XII of the DSK, and Dr. Muchow of the ERR Arbeitsgruppe Belgien. According to a handwritten annotation on the Lyndhurst inventory, the painting was scheduled to be repatriated on 20 October 1945 but the case in which the painting was packed was found to be empty. There is no trace of the painting in the MCCP cards. | ||||
